The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable - right next to the beach and in the center of everything. The staff here is extremely friendly and always willing to help, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and even though they may not be luxurious, they have everything you need including a well-equipped kitchenette.

Staff isn't informed about sights and tours. They gave us the wrong information 2 times causing us to pay in both occassions. I asked to be sure they will have teh right information, they said yest at the time ad then is caused in more expenses. Also when we were checking out they weren't very helpful about getting a ride. The room had some technical difficulties and I had to create a acomplain before they can switch us to a new room.

Strongly recommend this place where we stayed near popular spots like the central casino, perfect for a vacation.

All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Location is excellent and our sea view room was great for the price we paid. Breakfast was sufficient with medialunas, bread, fruit and cereals. I would recommend this hotel based on price, location and the staff :-)

Low price and in a great location right near the beach and a short walk to the main shopping area

We got a room for five, but instead of being a larger room, it just had extra beds crammed into it. No room for anything but the beds. It was very cramped especially with all our luggage.

Easy walk to central casino. La Perla district deserves your attention.

The rooms may not be luxurious, but they are nice, comfortable, and tidy. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location is also a big bonus, being practically in front of the sea and a block from downtown. It's also conveniently located close to La Perla beach, one of the nicest in the area.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

During my Easter stay, I had a pleasant experience at a hotel located near the beach with friendly staff. The breakfast included several options, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient as it was near key attractions such as restaurants and shops.

The room I was initially assigned was not desirable, with a small window facing a courtyard with little light. the room was not properly maintained, with a bathroom door that did not close or lock properly, which made it difficult for three people to share.

The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The staff would do anything to satisfy your needs. Buffet breakfast was good and rooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel.
